We have all seen the statistics:  Maine is the oldest State in the U.S., and we are only growing older. The Magnetize Maine Summit aims to change that. In March, 2017, we will unite stakeholders from across the State to brainstorm new, creative ways to attract and retain more young people in Maine. 

Our goal is to engage young Mainers with stakeholders across business, education, government and nonprofit sectors. Through facilitated, targeted sessions, attendees will brainstorm new ways to attract a younger population to Maine. Ideas and data generated from this Summit will be turned into actionable items, advocacy statements, and report outs to help put Maine on a path to a younger demographic.
