Do you ever wonder why things go the way they usually do in organizations?  Why do Tops so often say that the rest of the organization “just isn’t getting it”?  Why do the Bottoms of the organization seem to have a different focus than everybody else. . . and why do they seem so suspicious of “Management”?  Why do those in the Middle role seem to be in chaos so much of the time. . . and what makes the Middle job so stressful?  Why are relationships with Customers often so adversarial, and why can’t the organization ever seem to give them exactly what they need and want. . . the first time?
 
If any of this sounds familiar, the Organization Workshop® may help you see these issues from a different perspective. This workshop is an exploration into partnership. . . building and sustaining relationships that stand up to the pressures and conflicts of everyday organization life.
 
Participants will be dropped into roles as top executives, middle managers, workers and customers interacting in a fast-paced environment, experiencing situations that regularly occur in these positions. Very quickly it all becomes real - just like what you face day-to-day.
 
In combination with these engaging, high-energy activities, David Green and Ginger Ward will lead us through practical strategic framework  to help participants make sense of what they're learning and enable them to connect to experiences in their own organizations.
